Secretary and officials of MDoNER and CISF officers and staff posted in Vigyan Bhawan Annexe, actively participated under the guidance of Yoga instructor and demonstrators from MDNIY highlighting the timeless benefits of yoga deeply ingrained in Indian heritage.
